Step 1 : Application Submission
Please take you time to complete the online application. Once finished don’t forget to click the submit button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2 : References
Prayerfully choose the people you would like to fill in a reference form for you. They should know you quite well and be able to give us an accurate and unbiased opinion about you. Ask your references for permission to be contacted by us and insert their Email address in the appropriate slot in the online application form.
We ask you to provide one Reference, preferably from a Spiritual Leader.
Step 3 : The Call
Hang in tight. Once we receive and process your application including the filled out reference form, we will give you a call. But no reason to get nervous! We just want to get to know you better and hear what is on your heart.
Step 4 : Travel/Health Insurance
Please book any International Travel / Health Insurance and confirm with us by sending the confirmation via E-Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 5 : Flight Ticket
Now is the time to book your plane ticket. Please check our fixed Arrival & Departure Dates.
DO NOT BOOK your Airplane Tickets until you have received your Acceptance Letter.
Please book your flight to : Kona International Airport (KOA).
Step 6 : Application Fee
Each applicant must pay a non-refundable $65 as an application fee to be considered.
This covers, the application fee, the ID badge, lanyard, and campus insurance (this is not the same as your health insurance).
Another $80 will be charged as a Room & Key Deposit which you will receive back at the end your time with us, assuming we receive your key and your room is clean. 😉
