What's that phrase...an Instagram photo dump is worth a thousand words? Well, if that's the case, then Bella Thorne has plenty to say.
The 25-year-old actress is fresh off guest curating an event at the Taormina Film Festival and is apparently taking some much-needed TLCâBella shared a ton of photos from what looks like pretty epic downtime. First, thereâs a closeup of her sculpted abs as she works a blue string bikini with layers of gold jewelry and her massive engagement ring from producer Mark Emms.
There's also some shots of Bella sticking her tongue out at the camera as she balances a drink on her head, the bottom half of her sculpted body underwater in a naked dress; a gorgeous hilltop view of water below, and her toned booty, shot from behind in that blue thong bikini. One thing's for sure: Bella looks so strong.

This is hardly Bellaâs only epic bikini moment lately. She dropped this one of herself earlier this year, toned all over in a Hello Kitty crocheted number, with tons of side and under-boob showing:

Bella hasnât shared a ton of details about her fitness routine lately, but sheâs sprinkled plenty of behind-the-scenes info around in the past. For starters, the actress-producer works out with her brother, who is conveniently a fitness trainer. She told Hollywood Life during the height of the pandemic that working out was a âfamily affairâ and that she leaned heavily into things like âyoga, some weight training, and a bit of boxingâ to stay strong.
Also in the mix? Complicated-looking TRX band exercises. Check out this video of Bella doing crunches with her legs suspended from the air by the bands.
While sheâs big on strength training and circuits, Bella previously told Allure that she doesnât do traditional cardio workouts. âA lot of people think that cardio burns off weight better than weightlifting does...but weightlifting works your muscles, getting them toned while losing fat,â she said.
Bella puts in the work at the gym, but she doesnât stress over the number on the scale. âAlmost every day I have been to the gym in the last six weeks,â she shared on Twitter last year. âTurns out I only lost one pound of fat and gained one pound of muscle. Throw away your scales ladies because they donât mean shit. As long as YOU feel better and u like the way u look thatâs all that matters.â
